Tenancy Requirements
In order to rent a property with us, we usually require the following:
- That you are over 25 years of age
- Have no children residing at the address
- No pets
- Two good references
- One month’s rent in advance
- Have a good or excellent credit history
- Your previous three months bank statements

- NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED
